This is Course #1 in a series of 8 courses on 'Mission-Critical Decision Making' from the Situation Engagement Academy.

The Academy teaches practical insights and latest research:

Target students of Course #1 are:

Decision makers and their support staff in any type and size of enterprise or organisation where decisions discussed in group sessions can have a significant impact on mission objectives, and decision-owners are expected to:

  • follow through until intended outcomes are achieved,

  • understand the challenges involved, and assess potential or actual consequences,

  • explain and/or document their reasoning, from the time when decisions are initially made, through any adjustments to changing circumstances, until actual outcomes occur (both intended and unintended).

This course teaches the key notions of Mission-Critical Decisions, which are the foundations on which subsequent courses in this series are based.
