* People management skills tips & strategies: including looking at the different people management skills and a range of people management skills tips and strategies. This section also includes an assignment to complete to understand the action you want to take to improve your people management skills going forward.

* Your people management skills plan: including your current people management skills assessment and your action plan to improve your people management skills.

* Course summary: including a short summary of the course

We have also included introductions and summaries throughout the course to help with learning.

The course is in short bite sized lectures and you can see the detailed course content in the course curriculum.



Practical activities - Developing your own personalised people management skills plan and a course quiz

There are assignments to complete as you go through the course to develop your own personalised people management skills plan. These include an assessment of your current people management skills and developing your action plan to improve your people management skills going forward. 

There is also a short multiple choice quiz in the Summary section of the course for you to use to self assess your learning from the course.

You will need to allow additional time in addition to the duration of the videos to complete the assignments and quiz.
