Learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tap into your intuition. Throughout the 7 stages of this course, I'll teach you how to use breathing practices, yoga and guided meditations to:

13-17 Weeks Pregnant

17-21 Weeks Pregnant

Stage Three

21-25 Weeks Pregnant

Feel strong, confident and in control as you balance your solar plexus chakra.


Stage Four

25-28 Weeks Pregnant

Cultivate self-compassion, self-acceptance and open your heart to giving and receiving unconditional love as you balance your heart chakra.


Stage Five

29-33 Weeks Pregnant

Feel empowered to communicate your needs and desires through balancing your throat chakra.


Stage Six

33-37 Weeks Pregnant

Trust in your intuition, feel contented and deeply connected with your baby as you balance your third eye chakra.


Stage Seven

37-40+ Weeks Pregnant
