Chakra Balancing Prenatal Yoga Course
6 month programme to nurture & gently strengthen your body, connect with your baby & cultivate a positive birth mindset.
Description
Your Path to a Beautiful Birth Experience
I understand how it feels to be so excited for that moment when you get to hold your baby in your arms for the first time and yet be filled with dread by the thought of giving birth. But you don't just have to grit your teeth and power through. You can feel completely calm while you bring your baby into this world.
