Course Synopsis
Welcome to our preventing workplace harassment course. We believe that a company should value the diversity of its workforce and the varied talents, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of all employees. These policies aim to promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment in which all workers have equal opportunity to succeed. Ignorance is no excuse for violating policies or breaking the law. This course will help you avoid inappropriate or questionable conduct and respond properly to harassment situations that may arise.

This course will be conducted by Sean Lim, Managing Director of Peacemakers Consulting Services. Sean possesses a background in law, and is a Mediator and Trainer specialising in conflict management.
