A progressive leader is one who cares about performance, that’s their own performance and the performance of their team, but, they also care equally about several additional topics. They care about how their employees experience the workplace. They care about improving each employee’s skills and their career progress. They care about creating and guiding a forward-thinking, diverse, innovative group of professionals. They care about how the organization views these issues too.
