Project Management Foundations
Master the essential skills needed as a beginner project manager.
Description
Project Management is the science and art of getting things done, putting things into action, and ensuring the successful completion of a project. There are several things you need to consider in project management like cost, time, scope, resources, quality, stakeholders, and many more.
If you are just starting as a project manager, or a project manager who needs a refresher, or perhaps you are preparing for your CAPM or PMP certifications in the future, you have come to the right place.
