Real Estate Investing for Beginners
Finding Your Best Path to Success
Description
I got the idea for this course after attending investor meetups over the last 25 years. I noticed that at each of the meetups that for almost half or more of the attendees it was their first meeting. I also noticed that the topics of the meetings were geared toward experienced investors. Or worse, the meetings were promotions for a particular type of real estate investing. This was a big turn off for a lot of the new attendees. Come to think of it, it wasn't that much fun for me either. So, I thought that it might be helpful for future real estate investors if they had an introduction to the more common forms of investing in real estate. So, when they go to a meeting, they can gauge it's usefulness for them.
