Description
In this course you will learn the practical application of manual and active therapies in subacromial conflict syndrome. First you will get to know the theoretical part of what subacromial conflict syndrome , the causes that install it, the diagnostic tests and all the elements that are part of manual therapy and exercise therapy.
Starting from the basic techniques to the more specific ones such as the mulligan technique with or without the help of the belt. We will theoretically learn how to diagnose this pathology through orthopedic tests and then physiotherapeutic maneuvers from the beginning to the end of the rehabilitation process.
In the manual techniques you will practically learn:
How to apply sitting massage,
How to perform physiological mobilizations with a short lever for the gleno-humeral joint,
How to perform mobilization of the scapula,
How to perform mobilization of form eight of the gleno-humeral joint.
In the following, how we will learn to perform :
passive stretching exercises,
How to perform isometric and isotonic strengthening exercises for the muscles of the shoulder area with the help of theraband and the strength of the physiotherapist's hand.
Meanwhile, in the active protocol, you will practically learn:
how to perform passive stretching,
How to perform strengthening exercises for the shoulder area ,
How to perform propioceptive exercises for the upper extermities.
