In this class, you'll learn about what you want and what you need in your self-care practice. You'll be challenged to find what works for you, and how you can make it a part of your daily life. You'll participate in exercises that will challenge you to dig deeper and figure out how you can set yourself up for success when it comes to finding your ideal self-care practice! More importantly, you'll rediscover what activities bring you joy and help to balance you out.
In the exercises throughout this class, you'll be challenged to think beyond your limits and boundaries. You'll be asked to imagine what your ideal self-care practice can look like on a daily basis, and you'll work through your past hurdles in small steps so that you can set yourself up for life-long success.
You’ll be invited to imagine without limits and boundaries. You’ll be challenged to look at yourself as a priority and introduce the vulnerable part of you to a new, empowered you!
