Special topics include genetic syndromes, anxiety, and an extended supplemental section on how to help someone you care about recover from sexual trauma.
Each section is broken into manageable chunks, by topic, with a comfortable, conversational style to make these sticky topics clearer and easier to understand. Learners are encouraged to seek out medical attention when needed, and given tips on red flags, exercises, and items to look out for to better improve and preserve their sexual wellness.
