Rachel is bringing her beautiful insight and her tried and tested methods for connecting our minds and bodies. Rachel has an in depth knowledge of anxiety, and also a lot of experience focusing on embodiment focused therapeutic techniques.
Holly is bringing her life coaching & hypnotherapist perspective, after running a private practice for over 2 years and working with hundreds and clients to transform their lives, she specialises in adapting mindset, and that is exactly what she will be providing for you within this beautifully structured 6 week crash course. Holly knows the right questions to ask, in order to challenge your belief systems, and she know the perfect balance of how to encourage you to face your fears, how to dive out of your comfort zone, without being consumed with terror.
