In this course, we’ll cover the following topics:

· Don’t Panic – how and why to stay calm during a global pandemic

· Limit Contagion (3 parts) – Why wearing a mask, keeping your distance, and washing your hands are crucial in keeping yourself and others safe

· Getting tested and vaccinated

· Managing social symptoms, your own health, and addressing potential mental health issues that you or others might be experiencing

· The timeline of the infection and what to do if you or someone you know is infected

· Isolation during infection – what it looks like, and what you can do to prepare

· What the workplace may look like mid and post-pandemic

· How COVID 19 is transmitted – you might be surprised to learn the different ways!
