I became an early years educator because I love children and understand that the early years of a child’s life has the potential to influence the rest of their lives. If we can do right by them from the start, our hope is that they have a chance at a stable and happy future.

I believe that teaching children to read is the most important part of their learning beacuse if they can learn to read, they can learn anything. All they have to do is read up about it to leanr it.

Teaching young children is becoming increasingly difficult due to the many distractions that exist. Throughout my career I have tried to implement different techniques to make learning easier for children and using games was one that became very popular with the children. On this course I attemt to show you how to use different games to teach children to read.

Whether you are a parent or teacher, I believe this will be a useful skill to have.
