All my life I truly believed that what stood between me and pure happiness was 20 LB
I really believed it
But this conditioning is not unique to me
This is how we were taught when we reach the goal when we succeed. Then ,we will be happy

When my children will find true love
When. When. When.
Sound familiar?
We were told that success leads to happiness. But many studies reveal the opposite relationship between happiness and success: happiness leads to success! The problem is that we are waiting for a big external event that will finally make us happy. And meanwhile, the years slip by, and we never get there.
