After more than 12 years on court as a tennis coach, I know how important fitness for tennis is, and just by seeing how some club tennis players struggle with their game because they are not "tennis fit" I have decided to share my knowledge with you and to help you in this area. Since I was a kid, our coaches in club always pushed us into doing a "fitness" after sessions on court, and thanks god they did. Im so thankful that I went through what I went through.
