This course provides insight into real estate careers, learning resources, and a practical approach for new agents, transaction coordinators, and assistants to handle real estate transactions from contract (with seller or buyer) to closing the escrow. Through this course, transaction coordinators and assistants in California will be equipped with the practical know-how required to handle pre-contract and post-contract activities for real estate agents, irrespective of whether they provide independent services or work in teams. Participants will be able to understand the key activities, milestones, and deliverables at each stage of the real estate transactions (seller-side as well as buyer-side). To keep the course relevant over time, links are provided for the dynamic (areas that could change over time) parts of the business. The main purpose of the course is to enable the participants to either self-employ or become up-to-speed with the real estate job that they are getting into. Interested participants get an opportunity to intern with TMS-Transaction Management Services (subject to assessment and approval).
