This course is designed to teach Ancient Yoga Practices that originated in Mysore India.


What is Inside the Course?

  • There are 6 follow along Yoga Class

  • You watch the Videos and do at the same time

  • It is like having a private yoga teacher guiding you

  • 30-second rest and 60-second Posture hold with a timer running

  • Clear voice instructions when doing the postures

  • Two-angle camera shoot for a clear understanding of the pose

  • Pose-by-Pose refers to all the Poses (asanas) You need to learn and Master

  • The whole course teaches 13 different Classical Yoga Poses (asanas)

  • Each yoga asana has specific benefits for your body and mind

  • The course is shot Naturally with Background voiceover as Instructions


Guidelines for students:

  • Practice the One Lecture (Video) for at least one week

  • Do class one for the first week.

  • Move to class two in the second week.

  • Every week Progress to a new class.

  • Feel free to slow down and repeat if necessary.

  • Use yoga Blocks and other yoga support if needed.
