This course is designed to address mental health issues by helping its participants learn a new way of mental health care and personal transformation, to achieve their goals. Usually, we tend to focus on what is wrong , and then try to fix it . Here, the focus is on strength building , in the emotional arena. When pur inner mental and emotional core is strong, our inherent emotional intelligence , becomes more visible. We are able to regulate our emotions and achieve success by learning the art of Emotional Well Being (EWB) with Emotional Ability Resources (EaR) .
