visualisation- for mental health and daily life
Understanding the Key Elements of the brain
Description
Hi and welcome to the Neuro Bee my name is Lisa and I’m qualified as a mental health first aider and holistic therapist before we start, I want to add a disclaimer
Holistic therapists are NOT Medical Doctors (MDs). we are trained specialists who use non-invasive holistic practices to create a healthy environment for the mind, body, and spirit.
I am currently accredited in 17 different holistic therapies, from EFT tapping to meditation and yoga teacher, yes, I know I don’t look like a yoga teacher, but here’s my question does it matter what I look like? If I’m a good teacher do my looks matter? I work with clients with and without mental health.
There is growing evidence that certain complementary therapies can help to control some symptoms. A good therapist can play a supportive role during treatment and recovery. In its most basic form, holistic therapy addresses the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing.
Holistic therapy can help address all these symptoms, whether they’re physical, emotional, or even spiritual. Peer-reviewed research suggests that holistic therapy can help improve overall mental well-being and may offer benefits for:
depression
anxiety
stress
cognitive function
addiction
trauma
chronic pain
and much more
This course is all about visualisation and understanding the brain, it's a basic holistic therapy technique that I have designed to help those suffering try to get through their day.
