In this gentle vinyasa flow for beginners you will bring a softness, heaviness and intentional letting go to every posture. Allow your body to melt a little deeper into each pose. Vinyasa means 'movemen't, so we will be flowing and moving throughout this gentle yoga practice. Dakota encourages you to find a quiet place to practice this gentle flow, free from distractions and interruptions. If you notice during the yoga practice that your mind starts to wander about overthinking something or stress, just gently bring your mind back to the sound of the soft music in the background.
Explore traditional yoga poses with variations (deeper stretch) and modifications (not going to deep into the pose, use of props to help) offered to help support your own unique home practice.
Need a break from the hustle? Take time out to rest, recover, and replenish. Let go of tension and get moving from the comfort of your own home!
