These techniques help you enter a conscious, sleep-like state where identification with thoughts, emotions, and unresolved experiences are spontaneously released and resolved. This online Yoga Nidra class is intended to allow you to receive the benefits of a guided Yoga Nidra class in the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose to practice. Each session is around 30-35 minutes in length and begins with a short instruction on Yoga Nidra and its benefits. You are then guided through a different Yoga Nidra experience in each class.
