It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins. This is meant to provide healing physiological benefits.
Vinyasa:
Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next. You may also hear the term Ashtanga yoga used interchangeably with Vinyasa.
Vinyasa means a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It issometimes described as the “breathing system,” or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.
